My mother and sister love them. My fingers are a bit thicker, which means they get numb fairly quick if I keep the rings in one place on the fingers, so I like moving them up and down the fingers and get nice acupressure massage. Also included was a chart of the palm, with acupressure areas relating to different parts of the body which is great.Can't stress enough how pleased I am with these rings. It's amazing how well they help with sore fingers after a long day. I have also given some to my mother to help with arthritis stiffness in her fingers and she likes them too.

I did not receive the chart. So I don't know exactly how to use it.

Today I've received the product. The pack contained SIX rings and ONE thumb pad. The rings are really sturdy and of excellent quality. Along with these, TWO Reflexology / Acupressure charts are given ( one big and colourful and the other small and black and white xeroxed which are really very informative and helpful. Regarding price I feel it is a bit overpriced but considering its usefulness, I recommend this product worthy of purchase.

Delivery was very fast. The first few times I used the rings was uncomfortable and a touch painful. Now I love giving my whole body a massage just by using the rings on my fingers!! They are one of the best (and easiest to use) tools for healing that I have. I love them.

They are great, but I thought they would be a bit bigger. Made for people with very small fingersThey hurt a little but is very helpful for stress and anxiety - great product 😊 I use them all day, very fun to fidget with
