Great for hot coffee and hot tea... easy to use, easy to clean... very nice coffee/tea cup with filter and lid...

I ordered four of these cups (one for each member of our family), and we’ve used them every day since they arrived. They’re nice to drink out of and large enough to hold iced drinks as well as hot. Lattes, in particular, look pretty in them, and while that’s not necessarily important, it is kind of fun. The infuser basket is large, which is perfect for loose leaf teas—it really gives the tea leaves room to unfurl and expand. The mesh is fine, and it blocks all but the tiniest particles. We’ve brewed green, black, and Korean citron tea (marmalade type) in them with no trouble. In general, we do buy higher quality tea with larger leaves. You might get more particles with finer tea. The glass does feel thin and delicate, but we haven’t had any trouble yet, and my teens aren’t particularly careful with them while helping with dishes. If we had more cabinet space, I’d probably order four more. I really love that the 16 oz. size makes them large enough to double as drinking glasses, and it’s always handy to have extra infuser baskets on hand.

I had never heard of a tea infuser mug. When I learned about them, I liked the concept and wanted one for myself. This mug is fabulous. I will never be without one. Great features of this particular model are: 1) The clear glass that allows me to see the color and amount of tea. This helps me judge the state of steeping. 2) The excellent metal basket for holding loose tea or a tea bag, or tea with some add-ins like a slice of lemon. The holes are small and I believe you could even brew coffee in this, though I have not tried it. 3) The metal lid that helps keep the tea hot for an amazingly long time, and which serves to hold the basket when the tea is ready to drink. This is a great product and I may give some as gifts. The person that introduced me to infuser mugs has a ceramic model with large holes in the basket. Small bits of tea leaf enter the tea mug through these holes. The metal basket in the Ecooe model I'm reviewing is better than that. It is also better than our old egg style infuser because the holes in that infuser are much larger. Other features: Cleanup is easy too. And it looks great.

This is a nice cup with a very functional strainer. No leaves escaped and it worked perfectly. I think the glass is somewhat thin, but good in that it’s lightweight. I just wonder about how sturdy and strong it is and how quickly it might break. Also, the strainer is more flexible than expected. I thought the steel would be a heavier gauge. Word of warning, the stainless steel cover gets super hot while steeping so be careful when removing it. After all, it is metal and the water and steam condensation really heats it up. The same holds true for when removing the strainer. The strainer is easy to clean. All in all, an efficient and functional cup and strainer.

Great glass mug. I bought one and liked it so much, I bought another one. I like that the stainless steel lid steeps the tea quickly. I am using Tulsi tea and it steeps well in 10 minutes.

I absolutely love this tea mug. The borosilicate glass feels sturdy yet lightweight, and it doesn’t retain odors or stains. The stainless steel infuser is fine enough for loose-leaf tea and easy to clean. I also appreciate the lid—it helps keep the tea hot while it steeps. The size is perfect for a generous cup without feeling bulky. I use this daily and it still looks brand new. Highly recommend for tea lovers!

This cup is now my go-to for all hot and cold stuff like coffee, tea, oatmeal, desert etc. The handle is roomy and comfortable. The glass is not too thin nor thick, light in the hand but I don't feel like I have to be super careful about breaking/chipping it. It can go from the refrigerator right into the microwave. The cylinder shape makes it feel sturdy as it does not tip over easily. It holds a little more than a regular cup. Even though the strainer's mouth is the same diameter as my two other ones, it has a narrow brim which actually makes it wider and easier to pour into and out of. The cup is functional, versatile and good looking.

Great quality. I only wish if the glass is a bit made stronger. This is my second purchase. So this comment coming from a fan.

Good quality. i liked it. Better for any tea

I have now used this for over a week and I am so satisfied. The cup is a great size and the filter is quite sturdy and easily maintained and cleaned and also keeps in even the smallest of particles. Fill it with tea or herbs or whatever and have a great drink. The lid can be used as a coaster and keeps the beverage warm. I strongly recommend this to anyone who drinks a lot of tea!
