Delish and greases up great!!!
Love this stuff - bought another jar! I love the fact that I can keep it in the fridge where it is solid and still take it out and use a pastry brush to grease stuff. Great value and I LOVE the smell. The fat content is excellent and it is very sensitive to changes in temp. So you can take it out of the fridge and it will begin to soften. MY FAVORITE FAT FOR GREASING STUFF!!!

Use duck fat without worries for most cooking (unless you are, of course you are vegan)
We now only use animal fats to sauté/fry. We have used duck fat, lard and beef tallow for many years as they allow higher cooking temperatures without burning the food. Duck fat is quite light in calories and isn’t hydrogenated like most vegetable oils. There is noticeable taste difference(except the beef tallow which we use deep frying French Fries) Duck fat suits our needs perfectly.
