These are well worth the investment! I had no set expectations, with regard to trying out these sponges, other than America’s Test Kitchen saying these are their favorite kitchen sink sponge.They are very high performing — with little to any downside. They are a workhorse in our kitchen, rinse out really clean, while holding up far longer than any other sponge I’ve ever used before.

These are hands down the best sponges ever made. Some are cheaper, some are more expensive,but these are just the very best. You can wash, you can scrub , you can wipe, you will be happy.

I first saw this reviewed on ATK years ago and tried it out. I haven’t used any other kind since.Good value for the money.

Love these. Growing up in the 60's things would last alot longer... Like bars of soap, today's just disappear in about a couple of weeks. When they used to last over a month. Same with sponges. Manufacturers now make products with planned obsolescence--- i.e., engineered to wear out in a relatively short period of time, so they can make more money. I stopped using the "scottish" sponges because they literally fell apart in a few days. Researched and found these with good reviews. I am here making my 2nd order, my first was on March 27th, 2024!! I just started using my 5th sponge of 6 I bought. I will easily get a year's worth of work with these sponges with a 6-pack. Reading some reviews they say the new ones are starting to fail. I sure hope not!! TIP: to reduce smell & deterioration, firmly squeeze any water out of the sponge when done. If you leave water in any sponge it will stink. Love these sponges. Even well worn like the one I just threw away, still doing it's job. But, still looking for long lasting soap bar... right now using double cold pressed soaps. Amish bar soap was great, bought it on sale, too expensive at regular price. O-Cedar Scrunge rocks!

We tried them on the recommendation of a cooking site, and like them MUCH better than the major brand we've used for years. The sponge holds a lot more liquid, the scrubber works much better. And they last much longer.

My favorite sponges

I've been using these sponges exclusively for about 4 years now and will never switch brands. Don't get sucked in to other brands you see in the stores; these are the only sponges that never smell sour or have an odor! They are also great for scrubbing everything in your kitchen and are very sturdy. If I could give them a Best Sponge Award, I would!
