It will take around 30 minutes to warm (not using the word HOT here) water/milk.. But if u keep already warmed liquid and keep the mug plugged then its okay. The mug will keep the liquid hot inside.

Don't waste ur money...it's just look good from outside
It's works fine only for 2 days and after that I don't wht happened with this and it's not working now..I think I wasted my money
