Gradient Fitness Balance Pad, Physical Therapist Recommended, Premium Quality Non-Slip Balance Pad, Includes Free Storage Bag and Exercise Program

I like this balance pad, however, I've only had it for about a week and a half, used it with three or four patients, stored it in the bag it came in, and it already has dents and chips in it. Good quality as far as the challenges it offers, but poor durability. Also not very easy to clean as it is not smooth but textured. Will not order again, and most likely will need a new one soon since this one is already worn and dented with very little use.

Many of these balance pads start at $70. Don't know if their quality is any better, but this one is just perfect. Bought it to use with a family member currently receiving home physical therapy. Once it ends, then we have our own pad to continue the balance activities which has really helped with her walking and being more steady on her feet without a walker. It is every bit as good as the expensive one the physical therapist uses. It also came with a carry bag, which is nice to have and large enough to store other items (like the gait belt).

I love the size... I bought several for cushions for my son.. He recently bought a walk in tub with water jets, air jets and a door that opens out... because he has no strength in his right arm and leg we had to find a way to get him in and out.... this cushion helps in many ways... He can sit on it in the tub so he doesn't slide ... We use it to add height to the transfer chair that we use along with a transfer slide board... It is complicated but these are firm and help us get him in and out of the tub... I am very happy with the five I bought

Good product, but disappointed that it's not green as it is in all the online deprivations and the depictions on the box and instructions it came with. It's black. Not really a big issue, but of all the options for this type of product I choose this one because it was my favorite color - except it isn't. So if that's your deciding factor too, keep in mind it may not be green for you either. Otherwise excellent product.

I'm not a small person so I was concerned that my weight would make this just a flat board I was standing on. I've lost a lot of my balance muscles (stopped doing yoga years ago) so I was looking for a simple way to challenge my muscles while not feeling like I would fall over. This is the perfect tool for me to trigger those muscles.

This is a great balance pad!! I love it. It really helps with my PT for my posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. It really helps build glutes, abs, and leg muscles as well as ankle muscles. It's a great product.

I have physical therapy for my ankle, and many of the exercises involve a pad like these. I purchased this so I could do those same exercises at home. I bought a total of 4 of these. 2 for home, and 2 for my office. I took them into my therapist, and he liked them and wanted to know where I found them. "Amazon - Of Course"

I had been going to PT for my ankle and the therapist used a balance pad like this for alot of the exercises. It really helped me regain the strengthin the tendon. I wanted to keep up the exercises at home so I bought this pad. I have not notced any difference between this and the ones used at the sports medicine facility. To me they are equal in quality and effectivness.
