Chair arrived 6 days early was a suprise at 8am..so was not prepared.but not a huge problem..Chair was in two boxes bought for my mother 78 to help her get up easier pretty easy to put to together and wire up..all functions work great its only been a day though the finish of chair is bonded leather is ok buy iam not a fan but at this money cant complain really a proper leather with same features a hell of a lot more.. chair is comfortable and my mother loves it so happy days..if you are elderly maybe haveing a friend or relative close to hand to put it together as is a little heavy and your down on your knees to wire it..

Well made with easy controls for leg rest & back recline , Massage with heat control perfect for back ache problems ..Looks Good Great value Highly Recommended. The product is fine. But the transport company used on their behalf were terrible. They could not get the truck down our st. So my wife had to drive the disability van to the end of the rd. The chair was loaded into the back of the van and my wife drove back. Then the truck driver drove off. My wife then had to single handed remove the chair from the van and roll the boxes in to our house. I am contacting soniconline about the approx 30 pound del charge.

It is very well padded, the leads are a good length and the dual motors move the footrest and back independently. There are small wheels on the back making it easy to use. It arrives in two boxes the smaller box is the back of the chair and the larger one is the The added heater is great at relieving the pain from Arthritis. The complete body massager again is very versatile as you can pick and choose areas of your body and change the type of massage as you need. It is a 10 out of 10 for both quality and comfort. Excellent delivery service. Easy to assemble, slot back onto main chair and connect 4 wires.Bought as mother-in-law had bad fracture of tibia. She loved it. Very comfortable. And easy to get into and out of.

Great product I bought this for my dad who has trouble getting up and down I did see other expensive ones on here but this was a great price. So very good value for money comfortable nice looking very easy to put together it does come in two parts but just slots together great product five-star
