Very detailed packaging. All questions answered, and there is a lovely chart to help understand the benefits of this product. As per Dr Berg, this is the best type of Vitamin E to take, and people who have been around for over 50 years need to start supplementing this, or eat it in their diet. It is supposed to help these crazy heat flashers too. I wanted to start with a lower dosage, so I wouldn’t be concerned if I did eat food with Vitamin E in it already. But I personally am not able to eat ALL of the required nutrients that are left out of a multivitamin. No matter how many whole foods I eat. Especially since our American foods are not farmed as good as back in the day. In the meantime of waiting for RFKjr to overhaul our food and Big Pharma, I will take a supplement.

I have been taking these product for over a year and notice that the color of the pill went from transparent to completely dark red to now black, it used to come with a golden seal sticker on top of the bottle and now it's gone. Is it counterfeit or what happened? Any one notice a change in color of pills and sticker of authenticity gone? I'm going to buy these product somewhere else and compare if it matches the one I'm receiving from my subscription here on Amazon. Will update results.

So far so good. I feel like I have more energy and they don’t upset my stomach.

I won't say buy it; I'll say buy it or not. It's none of my business whether you want to take tocos or not.

General health

I have been taking these supplements for around 6 months now. I have seen my Triglycerides go from high to normal, so I do believe it has helped in that regard, as I had made no other major lifestyle changes. After a lot of research these are the best type of Vitamin E you can buy. Yes they are a little expensive, but where health is considered I would rather pay more than risk my health. Please do not buy the cheaper synthetic vitamin e... because research suggests they do more harm then good. These ones only have Tocotrienols only, which have superior health benefits and a better safety profile than tocopherol and not from oils, but annatto plant.... hence I will only buy this brand of Vitamin e. I just hope they will always sell them to the amazon UK market.
