Poor packaging.. the brand pakage was tampered. But the product was intact except a screw. I am giving this 3 stars for amazon delivery and the way the product looks when its been installed. It really enhances the overall look of the car. I basically bought this for my swift. And it looks cool..

Product is not good quality though as I have doubts regarding its long ...
This antenna is not i20 as nuts given for fixing it is not for i20. I had to apply tape finally. Its same antenna for all cars. Seller should put in effort to make sure it works on i20.Product is not good quality though as I have doubts regarding its long term usage results.Update on 23.09.2015: Barely a month passed and this antenna came off from the attachment. As expected, low quality product
