2001 4310 John deere $500+ to get all these parts from dealer! There are lines under hood for foam placement worked out pretty well had to adjust foam on right side of fuel tank as it was hitting tank and was putting pressure on hood when closed and seemed like in time it might crack hood. Hardest part to do was getting bolt clips unsnaped from plastic to reuse for hood latch, breaking plastic on old hood ended up being the best way to get off to be able to reuse without bending them or breaking them. All parts seemed to be same quality as original, stickers matched up well and after 3 months all is well.

The rubber seal for the front of the hood is awful. Will not stick, deformed and will not mold to the hood. Tried using an adhesive to help and that didn’t work either. Other parts seem to be fine.

Perfect fit for my 4310. Even came with all the foam, springs, and bumpers.

My father passed away on Christmas and I took over maintenance of the farm equipment. Loaded the tractor on a trailer to bring to the John Deere dealer for some service that I couldn't perform and didn't realize the hood latch didn't work. Got up to about 50 on the road, looked in the mirror and saw the old hood flapping in the wind. Before I could stop, it took off like the wicked witch riding a bike in a tornado and broke into several pieces. The dealer told me it would be over $800 for the hood so I ordered this one and it worked out perfectly. Wish the rest of the tractor was a pretty at the new hood.
