This product has a very natural ingredient list, smells wonderful and works fantastic. Gluten free as well!!

Although this and the companion shampoo smell wonderful, both were very irritating to my sensitive skin, particularly the conditioner.

Excellent product, fast delivery

I have used the Keys shampoo for a few months and love the smell, the good ingredients, the way it makes my scalp feel good... I recommended it to my friends.. so, I thought the conditioner sounded wonderful and bought it from amazon. I was expecting it to work with the shampoo, but it didn't!When I tried to give this product 2 stars, I was told by Amazon that I must contact the company first to resolve any issues. I was surprised because I did not expect a refund, just wanted to warn others it wasn't a top product. I followed Amazon's instructions and used their form to contact the company. The company answered that I would have to go through some review type process to lodge a complaint. I was surprised but followed the form they provided. Again I did not ask for a refund, just told them the stuff stuck in my hair or something like that. They, gave me another answer that assumed I wanted a refund and saying I must package the stuff up and mail it to them. Then, they would issue a refund, deducting $6.95(?) shipping. I would pay the return postage.All very odd since I never asked for a refund but was only following the difficult process required by Amazon, it seems, to vote any product 1 or 2 stars. If you don't want a hassle, you must vote at least 3 stars.So, I gave it 3 stars to simplify the process. I couldn't rinse the conditioner out of my hair. I had used a pea sized amount and it was hard to believe how gummy it made my hair.

This is the only conditioner I use now. It has a very natural fragrance same as the shampoo but once you realize to breathe in the aroma is actually good for you you begin to appreciate it. I highlight my hair so it tends to be dry but this nourishes it once I comb it through with a large toothed comb - it stays on your hair you do not rinse it out. I do not put it near the roots. Check out the "skin deep cosmetic safety base" if you want to check out your products you are using. I discovered why the old products I had been using were actually making me have eczema- now no more.

I bought this because my hair is often dry and I wanted a new gluten free leave in conditioner. It’s honestly too greasy even with a small amount. Wouldn’t recommend.

It doesn't work very well as a conditioner. However, it smells good and I like the ingredients so I don't completely hate it. Although this is way too expensive to only not completely hate it.

My hair feels great once I've dried my hair, but it's impossible to run my fingers through my wet hair with this product. I have fine, hair and my hair gets very greasy 1 day after using this. (really moisturizing conditioners typically do this to my hair). It's all oil and wax so I'm not sure it's the best for every hair type. I'll still use it to see if it's just and adjustment period after using synthetic products for so long.
