This grill is built like a tank. I have no doubt it will last a long time. I was very happy to see how well it packed. No dents or dings or damage. I was able to unbox and set it up myself and took only a few minutes. nothing to put together so no missing parts. The one I received seems to be a newer model and has two gas control knobs instead of the single one. Cover comes with it and is also nice quality.

When our BBQ arrived it was easy to unpack and set up in minutes. The whole family loves this grill it looks great and you can see and feel the quality. So far we have cooked shrimp, veggies, potatoes, and burgers the grill is great and the hibachi works awesome large cooking area with plenty of room to move food to the side to keep warm. Very happy with this purchase so far it will certainly be the center of attention at any BBQ. I would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered the 3-2 hibachi for my husband for fathers day, but ordered it early so we could use it for the weekend. When we went to set it up we were very happy that it was as easy as the video explained. When we got to looking at it, the center three ceramic plates had the majority of white culking cracked out. Continuing to set up, we are missing the third cook top the "stove top". I called the very next day to explain and customer service was very understanding and gave us a credit for the damage. They then refered us to the manufacturer for missing part. Manufacturer said they don't have extra parts to send us to complete our 3-1 grill. With that i called amazon back and they told me they cant get one either. Now we've used the grill for the holiday and the flat grill is pocked. The utensils hitting the surface, left pock marks which means it is not made with proper strength of material. Needless to say, we're very disappointed with the quality of "My Hibachi BBQ" AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This hibachi grill is off the chain amazing ❤️! For people that love to entertain guests this is a must have!! Fabulous for everyday grilling also! Easy to use and clean up is a breeze! Customer service is wonderful too! Would definitely recommend!!!!

The my Hibachi BBQ is an excellent product, easy set up and clean up. Food cooks evenly and tastes amazing. Designed well and a great entertaining piece. One of the best purchases I’ve made. Would highly recommend to others

I just unpacked the griddle and these were in it. I've got the solid SS Griddle Top, the SS BBQ grill, but NOT the Cast Iron Stove Top. Is this supposed to be it? I see no items that look like this in the "Owner's Manual" -- which in my opinion is useless other than a warning and cleaning pamphlet. How do I season the Griddle Top? What do I do when I try to cook on it for the first time? Ugh. Hope I don't burn or stain the top when I use it for the first time.

For $1500 the construction of the product is HORRIBLE. There are cracks at every seam, the left hinge holding the table on the front is damaged/not working, the grout around the ceramic tiles are all cracked and the wooden table is off centered and misaligned around the entire grill. We're also missing one of the 3 cooking grates. It came in a crate and the box is in great condition so this is not shipping damage! We just unboxed and assembled so I haven't even used the product, contacting the manufacturer directly on the shoddy work and missing parts!

So cool. We love it! Very high quality. Heavy but very well built. My friends are jealous.
