High Speed USB 3.0 to VGA Adapter Converter,Display Port to vga,Support Max Resolution 1080p for Windows 7/8/8.1/10 Desktop Laptop PC Monitor Projector HDTV

I needed more landscape on my laptop since I have been working from home. I have the HDMI on my laptop going out to another monitor which is also connected and shared with my work computer, so I had to keep switching the source to go from my work PC to my laptop. I downloaded the driver, plugged it in and it works fine. The monitor I have it connected to in the pic is old and just a temporary solution, so the picture is not great, but that's the monitor, not the adapter. I tested in on a 65" tv and it looks fine, web pages look fine and video runs smooth. Refresh rate on a USB is always slow, so ii don't think it would not be good for gaming, (I don't game, I find it a waste of time) but for productivity and for under $20, I would definitely recommend.

I ordered this USB 3.0 to VGA adapter to use at work to allow me to have a fourth monitor (laptop supports three, but can add a fourth if the laptop is closed and the connection is via a USB port on the docking station). Worked as advertised; I installed the drivers as recommended elsewhere in the reviews and the fourth monitor worked as expected. There is very little to no lag in response (watching the mouse icon); clarity is excellent, and no perceptible loss in color or sharpness.Best thing about the physical product is the adapter has screw holes for the VGA cable to make a solid connection. My previous solution was a travel USB/HDMI/VGA port; the VGA connection didn't have screw holes and the cable would disconnect/fall out occasionally. No possibility of that happening w/ this product. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a USB 3.0 to VGA connection option.

The product works well enough, but it is worth noting that you have to download and install a driver from a sketchy website. Which I did and didn't have problems, but it did cause me concern. I will also mention that this works with USB 2.0 and 3.0 but if you only have 2.0 your resolution will be 800 x 600 and will look awful. I recommend verifying that you have USB 3.0 before you buy.

Advice- if your screen in showing 800 x 600... make sure it’s in a USB port 3.0. I had to look on their website under FAQ to figure it out. You will have to download the driver but it’s super easy. I did request the selller to add this information in packaging. Other than that... it works as described. Thanks!!! Hope this helps.

I know that's not the seller's/manufacturer's fault. They don't claim it works with Yamaha pianos. But I just want to give a notice to people who might buy it for that purpose.I'm giving 4 starts so not to skew the rating (currently the average is 3.8 stars).

A laptop that needed to be hooked up to multiple displays didn't have the necessary interfaces, so this worked exactly like it was supposed to.

It does what its supposed to decently well, although it does have glitches from time to time. I was also told there was a paper the was supposed to come in my package that had a url for the support driver. Mine did not include that paper which caused some confusion, but when i got the driver it worked fine.

I bought a new computer tower that only had 1 VGA port. I've gotten spoiled on having double monitors and was hoping for a quick fix without having to buy a graphics card. After installing the driver, my second screen came up almost instantly, with just as much clarity as the one that is directly plugged into the VGA port. Very happy with this purchase!

Arrived on time with no instructions at all. Plugged it in and Windows said it was ready, but it wasn't. Used the link in PaulArt's review, did a bit of wading and found the driver. Once that was installed the device worked perfectly. Starts up more quickly than my previous adaptor and the signal is nice and sharp with no lag. Be prepared to tinker with the resolution settings to find the one that works best for your monitor. A great way to get another display set up with minimal faff.

Not much use I tried it on 3 different computers and it didn't work on any of them.

Funciona bien, pero antes de ponerlo en marcha necesitarás instalar los drivers, pero una vez que lo haces va muy bien.
