how many adult chickens will comfortably fit ?

The chicken coop can probably fit about four to five adult chickens.

I love this product and was looking for a smaller one that I can put inside of a secure coop. Do you make 1/2 the size

1/2 size we are working on. If your coop can accommodate the current coop, you can try using the current coop.

Can the awning be the flooring for the tent? I want to use this for our bearded dragon. I'm wondering if it can enclose tightly for reptiles.

I bet you could tie it to the bottom on the outside where the steel posts go the only thing I would be wary of is your beardy’s nails ripping the material. Otherwise this enclosure is fabulous I used it in my garage on concrete for a hospital coop.
