The ice cream book: Over 150 irresistible ice cream treats from classic vanilla to elegant bombes & terrines

I was expecting this book to be a more compact size but instead it is heavy making it difficult to handle. It is very well illustrated with clear instructions. There are some more unusual recipes such as rosemary ice cream and also sorbets and drinks. However, I was most disappointed to find that it doesn't cater for one as the recipes serve at least four. It would have been so much more useful to me if it had included recipes for one.
