I thought it would really be a great product from Tupperware. Everything is OK, the lid is of very poor quality.I mean it's of no use to close the container by the lid.Really disappointed by Tupperware;Didn't expect this .Airtight feature is just a clickbait 😞

It came wrapped in plastic sheet, no outer packing box.Its quality is good. The main body is tough plastic and the lid is sufficiently thick, flexibe type. The lid is difficult to close. You have to use both hands to press the lid down from all sides. But I don't mind it as I don't have to open it frequently. I think it is designed for long term storage of rice, rather than for daily opening like normal rice container. So, difficulty in closing the lid is not a problem for me.My requirement is to buy rice in bulk like 10 kg at a time and store it in this rice keeper, and from time to time take out 2-3 kg to store in another regular container for daily use.I bought it to store rice to prevent worm infestation, but I think if there is one or two insects/worms when you store the rice in this rice keeper, it may not prevent worms. Worms may multiply inside even if it is airtight. So, it would be better to sun the rice/wheat under hot sun to dry them completely before storing them. Just my opinion.I put 5 kg rice in it and it took half of the space. So, I am sure it can store 10 kg. There is embossed Tupperware logo both underneath the container and on top of the lid. But logo letter styling is different. So, I don't know it is genuine or duplicate. There is no hologram sticker.Check attached pics for size.Update after 1 month of use:Bought it with hope of preventing worm/insect infestation of rice. But it is not doing the job. I stored 10 kg rice it in when i received it. At that time, rice was freshly bought from shop and there was no insects in it. I stored the rice in this container and when i opened it after 25 days, there was thin film of web at the bottom of the container and some rice was clinging to it, and I also found a thin beetle-like insect. This is the first sign of worm/insect infestation of rice. The same happens if we buy rice from local shop and keep the rice untouched in their plastic bag for some time. So, there is no advantage for choosing this container over other cheaper containers by paying high price. I reduced one star. Only good thing about this container is its compact design.
