The paper cups are top notch in quality and design and they don't transfer heat to your hands due to the ripple outer design/layer. The packaging was also nicely done and the paper cups were well protected. One bad point to note is that some cups may leak at times but this happens in a very small number of cups. Also they are somewhat expensive compared to the price they are sold on other sites like bigbasket! If you buy smaller number of cups in multiple quantities then it may prove expensive as well! Overall a good buy! The brand is trusted!
