Hoppe's HBC2 Bore Cleaning Solvent Liquid

This stuff works GREAT! You can tell it does its job with just how easy dirt and debris comes off. Side note, you WILL find out if you have any little cuts on your fingers because they will BURN!!! I figured I would try this out since Hoppes has been around almost forever and this is fantastic. I always keep a can of this stuff ready to go. It’s my go to cleaner!!

Dare I say, this is better than original Hoppe's. Smells much better and no harmful chemicals. OG Hoppe's can actually etch the metal of your firearm. I still use it but this stuff does just as good and no harsh chemicals to worry about.

I bought this for my firearms cleanings and I must say this stuff is amazing . I've always been a huge fan of Hoppes 9 and this is just magic. Been using this for gosh over 10 years + and love everything about it most of all it doesn't have that strong smell that leaves you light headed if you never before used the Original, lol. this is ODORLESS and it works just as great as the original. leave this in your bore for 10 minutes and hello sparkle, it really cleans everything and more in firearms rifles etc. there's not one thing I don't like about this or any of the Hoppes 9 line of cleaning products, you wont be disappointed.

Seems to work well

Great value for the money. A good cleaning product from an established brand that produces quality cleaning and care products for your firearms.

The original Hoppes #9 has been my go-to for years for breaking down and removing carbon buildup. Up until now, I had not found a better solvent. That said, Hoppes Black raises the bar by outperforming the venerable #9. If you shoot frequently and/or have to clean multiple firearms after a long day at the range, I encourage you to try Hoppes Black; it is that good in my opinion.

All I can say is that this is a great product to use on your firearms!

As a competitive shooter I go thru a lot of cleaners and brands. This is the only carbon cleaner I use on my Staccato XC and Staccato P. Does an excellent job, does not leave residue perfect to follow with a good CLP to keep them performing. I also use on my Geissele Super Duty, Bootleg BCG along with the same technique this product followed by CLP. Well done Hoppes

NOT MEANT FOR AIRSOFT. I had previously received another hoppes product “Medic Cleaner and lube”. That worked well for airsoft weapons and anything with small metal components but this one seems to be more for getting out the affects of gunpowder, hence why it’s not the best product for airsoft. I wanted to return the product but Amazon doesn’t tAke back aerosol cans…
