An excellent read
A really engaging read as to how we can keep ourselves healthy by taking small measures that take microscopic effect on our body telomeres and affect the quality of our lives . A must read.

The ideas and concepts behind this mechanism is quite astonishing to me. Everytime I talk to my friends about telomoreres, they thinks I am the most genius among our group. Tetrahymena is my another friend! Go ahead pal!
