The entire disadvantage is in the fact that it is battery operated. This product is useful mainly while travelling in different abroad where you either don't have the time to get batteries or don't know where to get them and the whole purpose of having this gadget is defeated. A USB option would have really helped. Plus, it looks really delicate - not as sturdy as expected.
