"You could also use ACV as a hair conditioner or a facial toner because it is acidic and can help normalize your pH after using alkaline cleansers or shampoos," says Martin. "But I would be careful to patch test because CV's acetic acid content can be harsh for certain skin or hair types." However, despite all the potential benefits of apple cider vinegar, it’s not a quick fix. If you’re looking to lose weight fast, then ACV is not right for you. Think of it as a marathon, rather than a sprint.
