For penis only, very effective.
So effective to constrict blood at the base of the penis and so quickly that is almost scary, can’t compare with the silicone ones that are always too loose or always too strict or simply can’t hold the chosen adjustment for too long.This one is perfect because the string is thin and very tough and not very flexible, it’s not soft rubber.Therefore it’s a bit fiddly to adjust, the string may go out of the mechanism so you have to put it back together, the mechanism sometimes doesn’t close.But I guess it’s only a matter of finding the right setting then it becomes just a matter of putting it on and off without too much fiddling.It’s too small to use with the balls for me and it requires even more fiddling, the silicone ones are better for that purpose.

I was so looking forward to this but it is so small it will fit over my cock or my balls (just about) but not over both, which is how they have shown it being used.I am sad!

Rubbish product
God only knows what this is meant to fit. I wouldn't particularly say I was large but this doesn't come close to even fitting my shafts. Complete rubbish

Sadly I must concur with the other reviewers: this thing is piece of useless junk. I was sent two of these things - the first one fell apart as I took it from the bag, the second would not lock. They look like they have been made from strimmer wire, not latex as was claimed. I never got as far as attempting to use one for reasons described above.They too went into the junk bin!
