Horrible product, this created a bluetooth and wire connection hinderance
When i got it and connected i was so happy with its aesthetics, it blended in so well with the PS4 regular's design.And then i started using it, realised looks are not everything. This thing was a big hinderance to the Bluetooth connectivity to dualshock, headphones, speakers and everything that was connected to the PS. I tried connecting the wires to the ports, still big input lag.The only port which worked was the USB 3.0 to the T5 SSD ext. If the other peripherals are not working, what's the whole point. But I'm very surpirsed how come the manufacturer didn't fix such a big flaw and only was good in aesthetics and nothing else.I couldn't return it also, now this product is stuck with me.I connected a regular USB 3.0 hub with 5 ports, attached it to the PS4 with nylon fastening cords and it works perfectly (last 3 pics is my current setup). Very happy with it.

Works just fine.
I am changing my review. It did not work at all for me the first time I used it. On a whim I put it back in, I don’t think I had it fully inserted the first time. My controller, two PS motion controllers, PS VR, and wireless PS Gold headset all work and charge perfectly. I would recommend this product if you have multiple devices that need to be plugged in for charging.

Product is hot garbage
This product must of either been damaged upon delivery or is completely worthless. After fighting to get it to work for a few minutes I finally got it up and running only for it to disconnect randomly. Now my external storage won’t even stay connected to my ps4 even without using this device. So I’m pretty sure it corrupted my external storage as well. Thanks a lot.

Very disappointing quality
My sone wanted to order another 5 Way port but I talked it into this one as it looked sturdy and would be better than having an extension lying around. He won't let me live it down now and is saving his own money to buy an alternative. It doesn't sit in the unit properly and therefore, has constant connection problems. I would not recommend this product.

Hard to set up
It was not working at first but I plugged every thing in and then plugged the ring in then it starts working
