There are a lot of water heaters out there in the market. Crompton is one of the leading players when it comes to geysers and water heaters. Whether it is a tank geyser or an instant geyser, Crompton is a master at both.

Worst product ever
Worst product ever.2-3 days after installation the geyser started leaking.On following up multiple times with Crompton their service person came and checked.It was found that the gasket was damaged.He changed the gasket.Then again after some days burning smell is coming while the water is being heated.I am following up with Crompton since last once month and no one has come to rectify it.I had purchased 2 geysers and both have the same issues.I would strongly recommend that nobody should buy these geysers. Crompton service is also very bad.They are manufacturing faulty products and dumping in the market to dupe innocent customers.After the product is sold they are least bothered to even rectify the issues.

Good product but disappointed about accessories.
Heats the water in exactly 20 mins. The only drawback is there are no bolts, inlet outlet pipes and No free installation. Had to shell out 250/- for bolts , 300 for pipes and 300 for plumber separately. Atleast bolts and pipes should be part of the product item. Electricity bill yet to generate to find the performance results.

Worst product
Horrible product. There is no negative rating, so I have to give 1. The product started leaking within 2 months of installing. The service Center guy confirmed that tank has a whole. They are ready to replace the same product but they have heard the same complaint from two customers already. I don't want replacement from the same model and amazon says they can't do much since the return time is over. I wish I had got the product in a store with the installation it anyways came down to same cost.

No support from Crompton for installation, this is what we were told by customer care when we contacted them right after get the product...By the time we got one person to install, the product turned out to be faulty and Amazon won't take back as well as it is more than 7/10days. Trying to connect to company's customer care for repair but there again never ending wait as no one picks up even after 15 mins of hold

What a geyser it is ♥️
Brought this water geyser with much of doubt. been using it for 3 days now heats water in 10 minutes. Love how compact it is and also fits well in my not so big bathroom.I think it just made for me ♥️.Love the delivery time taken by the amazon.Packing was average. But still everything goes well.Note accessories with the product is not provided in the box and installation too you will have to do by 3rd party. Took me around 400 for that.

Not suitable for apartments.
Started leaking in first month itself.Not suitable for apartments due to high water pressure.Avoid.Update : Crompton customer service is good till now. Leak was from the tank. New geyser will be provided.As I have ordered from amazon(read online), replacement will take 2-3 days as per service center otherwise it could have been earlier.Water pressure was found to be 6 bar and this geyser is rated as 8 bar, still could not take the pressure.I hope it is a manufacturing defect with this piece.

2years 18 days and tank developed leak
Exactly 2 years and 18 days (21-Aug-17) since I purchased the water heater and have been using it on a daily basis. Last week the tank started leaking. So I decided to check the warranty and found out that only this model has a 1 year warranty for the tank. All other models have a 7 year warranty. This has left me totally dejected and sorry for making a bad decision.

Happy customer from last 2 weeks
I got this geyser two weeks back, and really happy with my purchase. Installation is not provided by crompton so I installed by local plumber.1. Looks: This is little bulky need atleast 2.5 feet space in bathroom, but still looks good and modern.2. It takes around 10-12 minutes to heat the water up to medium setting of regulator. Yes this has a fanlike regulator to set the temperature.3. Insulation is good, it can hold the hot water for considerable time.4. Only thing is their is some drop/drop leak of water from input valve when their is more water pressure. but this is not big problem.5. I will recommend this product, really VFM.
