Maple Street Candle Company Premium Wax Melt Clamshells 100 Pack

I was hesitant to purchase these after seeing reviews about how others found them thin and flimsy, but found that many other listings for plastic clamshells had the same, if not worse reviews.No idea what anyone is on about. The order I received do have a slightly blue tinge to them, but are a very nice thick, sturdy plastic. The blue tinge isn't a deterrent for me, and really isn't noticeable enough to cause an issue aesthetics wise. If I hadn't looked at them a little closer than I otherwise would, I honestly would have just said they were clear with no colored tint.They ARE a little stuck together, but it seems like other listings had the same problem. I wouldn't say they're so tight together that you'll break them trying to get them apart though. I've taken apart 10-20 now and half have come apart with ease, and others need some gentle prying.I'll have to come back and edit my review once I actually pour wax into them though, to see how they withstand the higher temps. I generally use silicone molds and bag in PE bags, so this will be my first time using clamshells.

Great value, and great quality. I pour my wax hot and I didn't have any issues except when I poured TOO hot and it distorted a bit. They hold the scent awesome. Will be buying again.

Great value. The clamshells are thinner than what I used to buy but it holds the wax well even if I pour at 125. Would definitely buy again.

These molds are great. Not only can they withstand a high temperature but they hold up without any issues. Would I buy again? Most definitely. It's hard to find good quality molds, but these are it! Officially added to my wishlist for future purchase!!

I see a lot of bad reviews on these but the ones I received are perfect. They are clear and durable and I pour my wax around 160° with no issues. I've ordered 700 in the past and am getting ready to place another order.

I'm not sure when the design of these changed but the last 2 times we've ordered they have been horrible. Many of them leak, and have to throw them as well as those that got leaked on away, wasting money in shells as well as oil and fragrance. Not to mention the time consumed in cleaning up a wax mess. I had easily 10 of the 100 in each of my orders defective. Plus the new material makes them very difficult for customers to open. They have a light blue tint, too, which isn't an issue but I do prefer clear. I miss the old ones and will have to hunt for them.

I love ordering from you, bc they get to me on time. I ordered from you twice and the last time I ordered, I had several of them with holes and it was short 10, when the quantity says 100! I still will order, bc I love the sturdiness and the quantity of the product from the first batch. Thank you!
