Bio-Tech - Tri-Salts 120 Grams

Unsure why these upset my stomach so much. I am in recovery for mold illness and also have MCAS. My doc recommended trying tri salts so I will bring up at next doc visit. Lots of things just don't go well for me due to my illness so in some ways maybe not surprising. But I can't find much info on why this would upset my stomach so much and cause diaherrea. It took a month to bounce back from this. That's not really uncommon for MCAS but usually as long as I don't have mold in my environment, I bounce back alot quicker unless it's something like glutithione that makes me herx like a motha. Lol anyways, I don't know if this is a fair review bc of my own body but it is my experience so all I have to offer.

Put these in a capsule, please. They're an absolute nightmare to take as powder.
