Unhappy that there is no plug or adapter and there isn’t even any instructions on what type of plug you need that fits. There’s no way of me knowing if it is on or working and no instructions or information on the uses or benefits so overall disappointed.Edit. I have since found an adapter that fits and still no response from seller. I have been using the Matt but absolutely no difference in health/wellbeing. I bought a socket tester to slensure my plug was earthed. It is earthed correctly so absolutely worthless product
