Good for career, yet not certification.
I studied for the American Board of internal medicine certification exam and was very disappointed with the Medstudy program. There is a lot of information. Too much! If you have the time to go through it and then try to sort it out for exam purposes, this may be the course for you. For those looking for a course that prepares you for the American Board of internal medicine with high-yield information and great direction of how to get the best results and pass the test, including where to go for the best question bank, I do not believe this is a good program. This is great simply for your career but not for the boards. I used this for my career and delayed taking my exam for one year because of how poorly I felt I was being prepared for the Board of internal medicine exam. Two other physicians who took this course failed the certification class and went ahead to do other board review courses that they had very positive outcomes with. This is not recommended for board certification and I was very disappointed with some of the lectures on the videos, due to poor info for board prep.
