Perfect example of modern looking lighting designed by german engineers.Lamp's design is as pure as possible: round and ultraslim base blends in with the ceiling instantly, even those low placed ones.Assembly requires essential tools only: electric drill (masonry) or screwdriver (cardboard) for the metal ceiling bar (watch out for very sharp edges!) and just screwdriver for connecting lamp with the bar. Connecting cables is a bliss thanks to included clamps and the looks are saved with two plugs for covering the screws.Angles and intensity of light impresses and will suffice even medium-sized rooms: it really delivers promised 1300 lumens and the light goes through the cover with ease. Warm white is exactly what I've expected: true imitation of a classic bulb.The best feature of them all is of course the sensor: precise, not disturbed with vibrations and with quite some angles to offer. After mounting the lamp at 230cm above the ground, I activate it from about 120cm distance (which would be more if not the walls all around it, it's placed in the small corridor). It has 2 modes of work: detecting movement & switching on:a) even during the day orb) during night only (as soon as it starts getting greyish, so fast enough).Switching modes can be done in any given moment, with convenient switch on the side of the base.Disadvantages? Only one: it arrived with no box or manual, just bag with the lamp and accesories (cardboard ones, nothing for the masonry). On one hand, it's so easy to mount it doesn't really need manual. On the other though: it's 2018 and this is a serious manufacturer's mistake. I hesitated if this a reason to go from 5 to 4 stars, but kept all of them, the lamp is just too well made to hurt its rating because of bureaucracy.Summary: if You need a sensor-activated lamp for a small or medium sized room, this one is the best You can find. Zero hassle with mounting & operating, bright and wide-angled light + very well calibrated sensor which works exactly how You need it to. Great product priced better than many conventional lamps on the market, full recommendation from me.

Bought this to go on the ceiling of our new front porch, it was easy to install, it was bright and everyone loves that it has motion detect. There is a switch to turn the detect to all the time or night only (there is a built-in light sensor to detect ambient light), which we use night only and it was perfect!

Great light for our hallway. It turns on when you move within field of the sensor, which is quite broad.Also turns on when our large dog walks b. It was difficult to install, as our house is old and electrics are daisy-chained. Not enough room in the narrow casing for all the wires. Did manage to get it working. Now it fits great and looks nice. The light is very bright. For us at night almost too bright. Nice hue warm light though.

Bought this lamp to replace a globe fitting in my porch. I'm really impressed with it - nice and bright, but not overly so, and as they've used lower colour temperature LEDs so, it fits in with my existing Halogen lights and doesn't look blue. I was concerned that the sensor might be too wide angle, but at 2m off the ground, it only triggers when you are relatively close - so no false-triggering by passers-by. The non-adjustable 30-second time is not a problem either - if the person is still in range, it will simply come on again immediately.Be aware though that as the title suggests, it is really slim - there is no room within the fitting to accomodate a junction box so wherever you fit it, don't expect the be able to get much in the way of wires inside.

Misleading info, its not a Dusk light. It selects between PIR all the time or PIR after Dark. I believed it stayed on during night as a porch light.Shame as its not what I wanted. But nice and bright with good colour temperature.

I brought this for my mother-in-law outside porch. Very dark at night and the standard lamp with built in sensor wouldn't light up the path. I fitted this in less than 2 hours perfect brightness, lights the path and the porch area so she's able to find the keyhole.

The product was very rarely used the stated 30000 Hours life is totally wrong.The company is German based and will not reply to emails in English and when asked to did not bother to respond, All in all a bad company

My electrician found this so easy to install. It lights up my corridor at the slightest opening of the house door. It works perfectly well. Excellent piece of work.

Fonctionne parfaitement. J'en ai mis un à l'entrée en bas des escaliers et un dans le couloir en haut des escaliers. Celui du bas s'allume des qu'on ouvre la porte et celui du haut s'allume au milieu de escalier: c'est parfait! Plus besoin de penser à éteindre la lumière. Par contre la nuit, c'est flash et ça réveille bien pour aller aux toilettes. Mais bon je voulais une applique lumineuse pour un couloir sans fenêtre. Maintenant: a voir combien de temps ça va durer!

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, auch alle Montageteile mitgeliefert, eingebaut im Aufenthaltsraum, damit kein Lichtschalter mehr betätigt werden muss. Hoffentlich hält sie lange.
