Meh....not the best but not the worst.
I have been waist training for a year and a half, tried several reputable (high end) and low end products. I purchased AMIA after reading several reviews but personally I do not feel comfortable wearing. Not sure if it is too big but adjusting strap tends to lose its place and overall shape while wearing is not the desired hourglass. The clasps seem weak. I have a medium to long torso and when wearing this, I tend to have too adjust often because as I pull it down, the top half of my stomach is exposed or my lower half is exposed.

Better than I had hoped for!!
This thing is UNBELIEVABLE!! It takes at least 3 inches off my waist easily and really smooths out my back fat. I own a similar product by a very well known undergarment maker and it doesn't hold a candle to what this thing does. I ordered another one in black yesterday. Lol!

I love this shaper
This is my 3rd purchase of waist cincher. 2 were from Amazon. It helps distributing the fat, minimizing the bulges from my midriff and give a me a really nice posture. The material helps to retain body heat for that reason, I sweat a lot after brief walk. I started wearing medium size right after post partum and now I am wearing size small on 2nd hook. I am determined to move to extra small by Christmas. I would recommend this product any time.

I have a waist again!
I love this thing! It was hell to get it on the first time and I thought that I was going to have to either lose some weight or send it back but I got it on and have been wearing it almost daily ever since, and sometimes at night. This combined with diet and exercise I have lost 20 pounds and over 4 inches in my waist. I will be buying the next size down soon.

A new body!
The first wear was tight! And, difficult to fasten but the second day and those to follow were easy peasy. I love how my body looks in the trainer because I'm perky and stretched in the right places. I did experience a few whelps only because I wore it longer than advised. This is definitely the go-to for body sculpting. Buy it!

Runs small, go a minimum of a one size larger.
I can't say if I like it or not because I have to replace with a XL, which is now out of stock. It seemed well made and would do the job as advertised. More info when it's in stock.

I read about this girdle online, and how Jessica Alba had doubled up on them following her pregnancy. I have to say it really does the trick! What's nice about it is that unlike the band that just covers your tummy, this gets all the extra skin and folds that can seep out over the top and in back. Helps with posture too!
