I bought this water bottle in July, I initially loved it but there was a problem with the first bottle I received and the vacuum seal must have been defective. I reached out to the company via their website and receive fast, attentive and great customer service! I received a new bottle from them and everything works great and the seal keeps my water nice and cold!Why and What I like over other water bottles...- I love, love, love the lid on this water bottle. It's pretty much impossible to cross thread it and you don't have to line it up at all to screw it down. I have never seen another bottle with this design and can't say enough about it.- I didn't know you could love the "handle" on one of these but I do. I kind of thought they were all the same, but this one is really comfortable to carry and is sleek when not using the handle.- I am trying to up my daily water in-take but don't want to be constantly filling it up, I love the 40oz size for this reason.one thing to note...40 oz is big so if you are concerned about the weight of your water bottle don't get one this big. It's not too heavy for me, but it could be for some and it does not fit in a cup holder. Neither are concerns to me, but may be for someone else.

Love this bottle, great quality and keeps my water cold all day and then some!I use this for work, it sits on my dashboard and is in sunlight most of the day. The water inside as well as the ice stays cool and last all day!Very durable material and easy to clean. Used the bottle for a couple of months, great, comfortable and easy to carry or put into a bag. insulates water efficiently.

I was getting tired of running into issues with other vacuum sealed canteens that use straws with flip up lids. Either they would flow too slowly when I took a sip, or the flip mechanism and lid seals would be prone to mold or deterioration if they weren't washed or dried and put away properly. I knew that I wanted something with a good size capacity, and I wanted a simple lid system that would seal without too many bells and whistles. Furthermore, I didn't want any more straws, but needed the opening to be wide enough for good flow but not too wide so as to cause odd spills if I wasn't paying attention.I opted for the 32 oz. version of this canteen, and I haven't been disappointed with my choice whatsoever. After using this item for the past 3 weeks, I can attest to the fact that it keeps cold fluids very cold for just as long as it needs to. Not days, but certainly for several hours or as long as it takes me to drink 32 oz. of fluid when I'm not rushing myself.Cleanup is also a breeze due to the simplicity of the lid, which also lends itself to fairly quick and easy air drying to prevent mold. I also completely love the hinge system for the smaller cap on the lid which keeps the entire mechanism out of the way when I need to take a drink. My only criticism is that the seals are not removable, but that is also somewhat of a benefit as I don't have to worry about damaging them in the process of removal. Cleaning with a soft, nylon brush and some hot, soapy water is all that's required!The canteen also just barely fits inside of my vehicle cup holder, but I often just make sure the lid is secured tightly and lay the whole thing on my passenger seat versus lodging it in there. Overall, I was incredibly impressed that this canteen/bottle was so inexpensive for the level of quality compared to other comparably priced items. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind carrying around a slightly larger container for cold drinks but who doesn't want to spend top dollar for the same level of quality.

Cap screws on crooked if you aren't careful. When my boys are at practice, they are in a hurry to get a drink and get back and they rarely get the lid on correct and the water spills everywhere. It also is a little hard to hold one handed. I am reluctant to have the boys put it in there backpacks in fear that the lid isn't on straight. It does keep drinks cold for quite some time and is holds up pretty well to drops. It was a decent buy for the sale price of $15 but glad I didn't pay full price. Will be buying a flip top next time.
