Our Nut & Bean Mix gives any dish a delicious crunch with its combination of fried peanuts, cashew nuts, flat beans, Bengal garam peas, butter beans, sesame seeds and garlic.This Nut & Bean Mix is from Myanmar (formerly Burma) and would usually be added to Lahpet Thoke, or Pickled Tea Salad. It was during this trip that they visited rural schools and farms and saw the lack of resources for the children and wanted to give back in some way.The 3 new friends (over a few beers) discussed the idea of exporting Myanmar food to Europe whilst giving back to where the products are sourced.
