Managerial Economics (MindTap Course List)

I purchased this for a Grad Course: Managerial Economics.The author feels like a cool Uncle or Aunt discussing Economics! Lol they use real life examples and names of reputable firms to explain scenarios. All while having funny jokes throughout the text. The graphs and images are plentiful, and the chapters are short enough so you can digest the info without feeling overwhelmed. I think this is a course and text that should be required prior to taking ANY Finance course. They discuss risk/reward, market equilibrium, understanding how prices are set, supply and demand, and quantitative/qualitative analysis. All are very, very thoroughly done. I especially love the authors discussing game theory. Excellent text."How many economists does it take to screw in a light bulb?None - the market will do it for ya! 😄😄😄

Easiest economics textbook I've ever read. Information is concise and easy to read for those who don't understand abstracts. Only week 2 of the course and I understand the material. Calculus and understanding of graphs not required. Only basic math calculations and few graphs.

This book was required for an online MBA course. The chapters are short and easy to read. There is a lot of material that is supplemental that I needed to fully grasp the concepts.

I can't select words or paragraphs in this book on kindle, which is super inconvenient. I can operate other e-books normally. Neither iphone nor ipad will work

I have the etext included in my tuition but it is difficult to read on my phone or laptop for long periods of time. So this term I decided to rent the text.
