Works well. I've been growing some jarcanda's and there growing really well. My electric bill is ok. 50p a day for 18 hours or so. Not bad. Really bright so no need for a light in the room. Can be abit loud with the fans if u sleep in the same room but u could get used to it as a confront noise. I have mine in a kitchen windowsill.Only problem I had was the hanging wires. Pretty short and to be fair crap. I brought some hanging rope which help me a lot as I had to bulid a hanging device due to the fact I didn't want to hang it from the roof. These grow lights are good. They're compact and provide plenty of coverage. Also delivered rapidly. Only drawback - the hanging attachments are quite short and there's no in-built method of changing that so you'll have to set up some way of adjusting their height as your plants grow. All in all a good product at a good price.

Quite useful. It doesn’t need additional ventilation like some other products. And it’s small and flat giving a lot of installation flexibility. It does not generate as much light as other solutions but is working well for my small indoor herb garden.

Fantastic unit, effects of it's rays are very noticeable especially in winter. After having on for long periods of time the unit is still at a safe touchable temperature thanks to it's fans so you don't have to worry about letting it cool before heigh adjustment. Only thing I would reccommend you purchase with it is a timer plug if you want to set a light cycle as the unit does not have it's own timer built into it's plug.I am considering buying a second

if you are after a great light for indoor plants like tomatoes and chillies this is just the thingplants absolutley adore this light and it isnt a bank breaker

 So effective that it turned my fish tank water green. So I have to remve plants out to give them a daily blast. Here they are next to some Poundland veg seeds under the lamp for 2 hours.
