My experience using this for the past six months is that it is the first device I have tried which helps me breathe freely at night, allowing me to keep my mouth closed and therefore stop snoring. It doesn't always stay in place all night, and it can be a little uncomfortable fitting it, but overall it is very effective. (I've also tried the regular version, which is more comfortable to wear, but is less likely to stay in place all night.)

Works fairly well when in place however I struggled to have it remain in place for any length of time. For of course is subjective so I would say it’s worth giving it a try.

Bought for a housemates secret Santa who had a serious snoring problem and whilst he said it was mildly uncomfortable at first, he said it fit well and stayed in place overnight. The quality seemed good and it’s nice that it comes with a storage box. I noticed a difference in his breathing when he tried it on and then bought one for my brother as well, highly recommend if you live with loud snorers and would like to improve your own sleep as well.

Honestly I expected a lot better from these, I have lots of problems with my nose and night breathing is something that has been troublesome for me for a long time. I’ve bought soooo many of these nasal dilators over time and was excited to try these are the design differs so much to other brands. Long story short they sadly failed to be any different to other nasal dilators, by that I mean they slip out easily, they are uncomfortable to wear and difficult to forget about when you’re trying to fall asleep. All in all for such a high price tag, it’s no better than one you could get for a couple of quid from overseas websites. Disappointed

Works ok for a few weeks then goes out of shape and becomes useless...its a lot of money for a tiny bit of plastic

Aufgrund mehrere Bewerungen habe ich die Größe (M) bestellt weil ich Angst hatte dass es nichts bring. Dennoch stellte es sich heraus dass für eine normale Nase wie meiner (S) völlig in Ordnung ist. (M) passt auch aber ist unbequem. Sonnst klappt alles super. Ich würde dennoch empfehlen zum HNO Arzt zu gehen und eine medizinische Lösung zu finden. Mir wurde eine Maske empfohlen die man im Schlaf trägt, Alternativ dazu eine OP aber mal gucken.

Me ha encantado el producto. Ya he podido usarlo en mis sesiones de Running, y me doy cuenta que no respiraba también como podía por la nariz. Ya no uso la boca para respirar e incluso he notado que no me sube tanto la frecuencia cardiaca al entrenar. Se nota un poco extraña al principio, sobre todo al colocarlo por primera vez que no sabes si está bien puesto o no. Lo he comprado ahora en invierno, y hay que acostumbrarse. Dependiendo de cómo seas es posible que se lo llevas mucho rato te hagas un poco de daño en las mucosas donde se coloca el producto, sobretodo si la tienes seca. Para mí no es un problema, porque simplemente controle el tiempo que lo llevo puesto. Lo recomiendo!

Good quality, more air to breath and easy to use

Feels very secure and works great. Fits snug but doesn't hurt, and notice a difference immediately. Easy to clean too. Perfect!
