Good top soil. Arrived moist and dark. broke up and mixed easily. No smell.

The soil is good. I’ve ordered from here many times. However the recent package I received the box was damaged, seems they repackaged and relabeled. The actual bag had a huge hole in it and doesn’t seem like is has as much soil in it as before. Someone taped up the bag, probably who ever relabeled it. Disappointed it arrived like this, on this purchase, but my other purchases were good.

The potting soil arrived in two separate shipments. The first bag arrived within a few days. The second was lost by the shipper but this company went out of their way to resolve the issue and delivered the second bag right away. When I opened the bag and saw the luscious soil that will nurture my plants to good health, I was pleased. Growing season will determine how much the plants like it.

Product works great and arrived early

So far I love this soil. I bought it in bulk; 6 bags which was not enough and a few days later had to order 8 more bags. The 3 stars bc the most horrible way to ship them was used placing each 40lb bag in its own cardboard box with a ton of packing tape to hold the box together. I should have taken a picture of them when delivered. The boxes were falling apart as if they were thrown all around. It’s bad for everyone from the packer to the shipper to the customer. Very hard to handle. It took me almost 45 minutes to first remove all the tape and then try to breakdown the huge mangled boxes for my recycling container. I will definitely think twice before ordering something like this from Amazon.
