This is a good replacement model to my aging 32-bit console. Now using this 64-bit device, it's a more robust with a better design front and back, both buttons and controller are firmer. The battery is internal maybe for safety issues, its can easily last over 10 hours in use. The sound quality and graphic are much improved. The screen is 4.3" which is a good and large viewing size, standard HD graphic display. Over 100's of internal pre-loaded games, bringing back the 80's classic retro games that I've missed when I was a kid, one of the all time favorites is "Street fighter". All the games are suitable for my children. None are in a violent nature of this modern times. This is a standalone device, so no need to worry about mobile data, a Internet free device, no more arguments about lagging and bad wifi signals. That's what make it so ideal for travelling with hours of fun. It's not just a game console. There are other functions which this device can be made better use of, listening to your favourite music, which supports the common wav and mp3 formats. I haven't manage to connect the console to the TV, so I cannot comment or advice the durability in that area. Nor the options of dual battle, I'm sure, it won't disappoint. So overall it's a thumbs up and a great gaming device to kill boredom with this budget handheld console.

This handheld has been a very pleasant surprise. It is very simple to just turn on and play retro arcade and console games that I grew up with. Better yet, I love the feature of being able to add roms via mini SD card to the unit, and it’s a very light, plastic and click device. The game console is a really good way to pass time when I am bored. This device comes loaded with over 3000 Classic and retro games like Contra, Mario, street fighter etc. to name some. You can add more games if you like by connecting to your PC or TF card as well. It also can take photos, plays videos, It is a brilliant device. I like this so much. Overall the unit is built very solidly for its low price and you will not be disappointed.

Firstly it doesn't come with a plug to recharge, just a USB cable, but that isn't that much of a problem as I have been using a Kindle plug to charge mine (carefully, but not unattended as it is a cheap Chinese electronic device and it's not the plug for the device)The console itself is pretty well made, for the most part, the plastic doesn't feel cheap and the device itself is pretty sturdy.The two analogue sticks on the device are do not work that well, the movement using them in games is stiff, but the D-pad works well and all other buttons are easy to use and "feel solid" when pressed.The games installed, the ones I have played, are hit and miss emulations as one or two of them have slow down, asset tearing and glitchy graphics. Thankfully most of the games work almost perfectly on the system.My Windows 10 computer doesn't register this console as a USB device, so I can't manage the files or add anything, but as there are already 3000+ games on the system it isn't much of a problem.The key presses on the menus seem to not have a mute, just several sounds and gets to be a little annoying at times.I would give this console an 7 or 8 out of 10 and for the cheap price it is worth the money.

Didn't work, wouldn't load past the start up screen,Sending it back.When I opened the box the machine wasn't in it's plastic bag and was under the cardboard with it's wires instead of being in the cardboard which makes me think this may be a 2nd hand/damaged one which has been sent back before.

There are so many games available its hard to choose where to start !! On a side note reminded me how bad I am at playing side stroller games. Would be nice to add a Amiga emulator for games like Supercars 2 or Super off road. battery life once fully charged and quality of picture is as good as i remember.

This game console is really good, there are so many games to play, some games are very classical and interesting, some games have very childhood memories. It reminds me of the happy time when I play games with my friends, and the game machine is very light.

Bought for my husband for Christmas and he loved it. Spent the entire Christmas with his head stuck in the console like a child who has to play his toys all day on Christmas. However the buttons have started to stick and it crashes quite frequently now. So it was good initially but I don't expect it to be a long lasting console at all.

Good console for retro gaming. It has a number of preloaded games and 16GB internal memory which you can expand via the external sd slot. In addition to gaming, you can also play videos and music. The screen is sharp and clear but the sound quality is average. It feels plasticky and the battery doesn’t last very long either, however, I’m pleased with it as it really brings back memories.
