An amazing product. I absolutely love this ice maker. It is probably the best ice maker I have ever used. The speed that it produces ice is okay. Don't expect it to be able to produce enough ice for a party. But if you have a family of three or four it's good. I absolutely love to touch screen. It is so easy to use. Put some ice in your cup. If you want to just drink water you've got options of 6 oz up to 24 oz. It is literally the perfect size for the countertop. It slides up underneath my cabinetry perfectly. And when there's no ice and water in it. It only weighs like I think 25 lb. So easy to move around. But the ice quality is amazing. I highly recommend you not use tap water. Use purified water. Comes out with perfectly clear nugget ice. And did I mention it has a cleaning feature? I recommend this product 100%. I will update you on the longevity of the product. But I have had this for almost 3 months now. And I have not regretted it. Yes it's expensive. But you get what you pay for.

Love this ice maker! The first one didn’t work but the company graciously sent out a new one that worked straight out of the box. This ice machine comes with in app that lets you make ice or clean the machine from another room in your house. Ice builds up fast, will melt quickly if not removed from the machine.

Love my ice machine, makes small or large ball size ice, and it’s very easy to clean. It tells you when to clean it if set up to WiFi.

The machine is easy to set up, spins around a lot and makes noise often to loosen ice. The ice on the top makes it easy to drop into cup and away from water storage. It’s better to turn it on an hour before using otherwise it will make noise often. Love the machine cause it disperse easily without using scoop. Before party you might want to store some of the ice in the freezer. It make about 4 cup of ice on the top storage space.

I purchased two of these as we go through a lot of ice and we all love the pebble ice. I had only a couple of weeks and one of my units was leaking. I was able to return because it was within the 30 days. Now another machine leaks AND the ice dispenser function will not turn it off at random times. It happened to me once and I thought it was a fluke. It's not, it has happened quite a few times, and has happened to pretty much everyone that uses it. This started, of course, just a few days after my 30 day return window. It seemed like a nice machine. I have owned probably 10 difference counter top ice machines from Amazon, they all break and they are all VERY loud. But this one seemed a little nicer. I loved not having to scoop ice and I loved that it had TDS levels. But the TDS levels are not accurate. I can have a freshly cleaned machine and my levels will be off the chart. I have even had my osmosis company come out to check to see if my system is working. It's working, but the ice machine is not. I reached out to the seller - since I was just a few days out from my return window. I'm allowed to return it - if I pay for shipping. Apparently their year warranty only applies if you purchase directly from them. Normally with ice machines I purchase the protection plan, but for this one it was 192.99 and for a $500 machine I thought that was too much. In my opinion, I would plan to add that extra cost in. And also note that they wanted me to communicate with them at their email address - not through the Amazon messaging center. Boys and girls, that's called a red flag.

We've had this for a few weeks now and it's already one of the most used gadgets in our kitchen. The reason we got it in the first place is because the ice maker on our fridge is broken and we were tired of filling up ice trays. This machine allows us to constantly create ice so we can store it in bags in the freezer. Also love that there's an app, so you get little notifications if you need to empty the ice tray or add water to the machine. I'm super forgetful so that's been a massive upside for me Some things we've learned about this machine that might be helpful to others: - It can sometimes take the machine like 20-30 minutes to start making nice thick pieces of ice, especially if you're starting with room temp water. Starting with super cold water helps speed it up substantially - It can be tough to fully dry out certain parts of the machine like the manual suggests, so when we're done with the machine (we typically make a bunch of ice every few days), we wipe it out as best we can and let it sit with the lid open for a few hours to help the leftover drops of water to evaporate. - When it gets to the very last bits of water it'll make tiny little ice nubs instead of bullets, so we try refill it before it gets to that point Overall I'm super impressed with how handy this thing is and have already recommended it to several people I know!

I call it an Ice Robot because can work non stop as long as water is supplied. It works like a charm, my son who uses ice in everything he drinks, loves it. He makes ahead many batches the then pack in plastic bags and stores in the freezer. In this way he avoids drinking the water that runs from the faucet and tastes chemicals.

Machine makes great ice nuggets and nice cold water and has a bin to keep ice nuggets available. However,Small children can turn on the water and the ice at the same time and make a bit of the mess. Overall great machine

I have to update my review and put it back to a five star because after a few weeks or a month or so the tray that lifts the ice stopped working and kept missing the ice to pick it up and drop it in the ice tray however, after I played around with it, I bet I fixed it. I love the app feature. It’s absolutely awesome and because it is so cleaning is a huge bonus!!! I love the fact that you can make small and large ice cubes, set a schedule, get reminders when the water is lower the icemaker is full. A really great purchase for fresh ice and I am so happy but I bought this product! I would highly recommend!

We love ice coffee so we decided to get an ice maker and we did an awesome choice by buying this one, it’s easy to use You just need to read really well the instructions and you shouldn’t have any issue

I'm happy with it! It had a strong factory smell at first, but that’s fading with use. The full-sized ice cubes are produced quickly, though the small ice option isn’t very practical. One downside is draining the water; it’s a hassle to tip the machine, and I wish there was an easier way. The app connection is nice but feels unnecessary, as it only allows basic functions. Despite these issues, I enjoy the ice maker and would recommend it for anyone needing a reliable ice solution!

Bought for camping season. Both tent and rv trips. Works great in our Hot canadian summers!! Recommend the purchase.

I am really enjoying the ice maker. I have had zero issues with it! The app was easy to install and connect, and there are so many great options on it! Including setting a timer to auto turn on/off, auto shut off options, size of ice and a big easy button to turn on and off if you want simple! Connecting it to our Alexa was also easy and the kids love asking Alexa to turn on the ice machine!
