How do you use nose baffle? Lay on nose or fold under mask?

I tried folding it under but I'm a restless sleeper and it never stayed put. I finally put a thin line of fabric glue on the outside edge, away from my face, and folded the baffle up and held it in place until the glue dried. It's better.

Bulky and Uncomfortable

This product is wayy over rated.- It doesn't fit my face at all, the nose curve is way too big for my nose and lets in excess light.- It's too bulky and heavy, I can't sleep on my side without feeling the bulk.- The bump feels super tight and suffocating around the eyes, if I loosen it, it lets in more light...- I woke up with dryer skin than usual, feels like the fabric absorbed in all the moisture in my skin.
