Kamui Pool Cue Chalk 0.98 Beta (Sky (Blue))

Love this chalk. so soft, I hit several times before reapplying.

This chalk is sticky, smooth and your English will improve but… I use Simonis 860 in Tournament Blue and this chalk leaves streaks and blotches all over the cloth. Yes, other chalks do as well, however, you can see Predator blue or Master blue barely at all on the cloth. Amazing chalk, but ultimately the blue is too light. The chalk is on the cloth anyway, I get it, it just looks horrible after a rack because there’s streaks everywhere. I just ordered the Kamui Roku also, it seems to be darker blue. With all that said, if you aren’t partially autistic and can stand deal with it showing on the cloth (it doesn’t affect anything) then get it, this stuff is amazing. Five stars because it works great, no deductions for showing on the cloth, but Kamui could match the blue better.

Arrived on time...as described...IMO best chalk you can buy...only draw back...it's expensive.

I really like this chalk for my Lucasi stick, but I wouldn't recommend using it for your breaking stick. It's very very hard to get enough chalk onto the tip, regardless of how softly you apply it (I watched the Kamui instructional video). I do think it's good quality chalk that will last a LONG time, but I might try ordering the 1.21 next time. --Update-- As of 11/11/2018, I have been using the same block of chalk for 6 months now. I still haven't needed to remove the top fold, and that usual center pit has not formed. I think I could probably go a while longer using the same block of chalk, probably another 3 months. I'm reordering now since they are discontinuing the chalk, and I recommend you do the same!

Best chalk for a pool cue I've ever used. Granted, it's a bit expensive, but I play twice a week in competitive amateur leagues (APA) and one cube of this chalk lasted me nearly two years without even having to remove the first section of paper. Until I lost it. Bad luck. But I immediately bough another one, with no reservations.

This Kamui chalk really sticks to my cue better than any chalk i have used in the past. Reduces the chance of miscues even though it is overpriced at $30 for 1 piece.

This chalk is amazing. It’s a little pricey but love how it sticks to my hard jump & break cue tips! It paints on like a fine clay.

Die Kreide fühlt sich deutlich anders an als meine bisher verwendete Silver Cup. Die Partikel sind deutlich feiner, die Kreide haftet deutlich besser am Leder und man muss seltener kreiden. Die Übertragung von Wirkung auf die Kugel fühlt sich "sicherer" an.

Mit der Kreide habe ich stets ein sicheres Gefühl und ich kann auch bei extremen Stößen mit einer gewissen Rücksichtslosigkeit agieren. Da ich ein Typ bin, der nicht nach jedem Stoß kreidet, ist diese Kreide optimal für mich. Sie haftet gut und lange, auch auf Break- oder Jump-Queues. Werde sie wieder kaufen, wenn sie leer ist.

Ist der Preis gerechtfertigt? Keine Ahnung aber die Kreide an sich ist der Hammer. Hält länger am Leder und ist spürbar weicher als die ganzen günstigen Produkte. Da ist nichts drinnen enthalten, das wie "Schleifpapier" wirkt.
