If you really want to train hard, take these. In fact, you will have to be careful to not over train. I'm not an athlete and just wanted something that would naturally give me more energy. Additionally, after training longer and harder, I don't feel "worn out" like I used to, so it also helps with recovery. Whereas I struggled to make 10 minutes on the elliptical, I now can go and hour and a half and still feel like I've got more in the "tank." I now warm-up with a 225 pound bench press. I have gone from over 300 pounds since the beginning of this year to about 238 with a goal of 190. Anyway, I like this product; I get the endurance I want without the side effects of and other product. It's pricey, but what's the cost of good health?

Without a doubt the product does what it says. I have noticed less fatigue during rides and recovery. Minimal soreness and more energy to push through hills and rides in general. I'm a believer and a definite return customer.

Did not notice a change, plus they say the return policy is 90 days but when you check your order then is closed after 60 days. It may work after you consume maybe 90 days but then the investment is too high for the value when you check the ingredients amounts, nutritional value, etc
