easy to intall, super easy for race day, durable, lots of fun colors... The only advice I have is to go on a test run or two before cutting the end of the laces because EVERY time I unintentionally make them too tight to start and need to give myself some slack. But seriously I've put these on every pair of race shoes and have yet to be let down. (I'm a triathlete if that matters)
