Nespresso Nestle Aeroccino3 3594 Black Milk Frother

This replaces a failed frother on a Nespresso unit. It does come with a power base and plug to function independently although not needed in my case. It functions normally with the Nespresso unit. Hope it lasts....

Thankfully this seller actually posted the item and it arrived in fairly good time. The unit itself is well made and seems sturdy. Beware of that plastic cap as it looks like it could break if you drop it. Other than that making a latte with this and the Nespresso Vertuo Plus is so easy a child could do it. The latte it produces is as good if not better than any store bought ones at a fraction of the cost.

Love it. My early morning coffee experience is complete. This little machine makes the perfect temperature milk with a lovely froth and, so much so, I'm now a reluctant customer when it comes to buying very expensive okay coffee from the big chain coffee shops (so I don't - unless it's an emergency).BTW It's easy to loose the frother, and earlier reviews give good advice on treating the Aero carefully when spooning out the milk (I get the froth out with a wooden spoon or plastic spatula to preserve the non-stick surface). I'm a very happy bunny :-)

Use this constantly - works really well with skimmed milk and so you feel like you are having a frothy and creamy coffee when it is low fat! Just be careful not to burn the milk and only scrape out the froth with a rubber spatula/spoon as I scratched mine with a metal spoon and now it sticks which means annoying cleaning. If you don't scratch it, you can just swill it out under the tap. Works well with ordinary instant coffee if you don't want to foot the bill for the rather pricey Nespresso pods.

The product only worked for 2 seconds. It came with a European plug which was of no help to anyone in this country. Very disappointing.

It is quite expensive for a single unit, I suspect you can get better combination deals. But it has transformed my coffee life. Once you get the sprinkles then of course you have to get the pre formed shapes available elsewhere. I particularly like the steaming cup of coffee one.Speaking of cups you need the wide capuccino cups to appreciate hearts and other shapes. Previously I was just using the tall glasses with a handle which are great for lattes. There is little guidance on milk. I use semi skimmed and the results are variable lots of froth one day hardly any the next. I will be investigating further. Perhaps full fat? Also be careful not to go above the first mark as it can overflow if doing hot.
