Perfect fit for NCL luggage tags.....and big enough for other cruise line tags.I cannot rate it higher because I have not yet used them on a trip....only haveplaced the tags inside. I am pleased with the purchase.

I was surprised that this scarf arrive before the estimated delivery day. It looks just like the picture and I really like it. The fabric material is not very good but I think it was worth the purchase
