I purchased this wedge pillow to help elevate my legs, and it performs exactly as described. The design is well thought out, sturdy, supportive, and comfortable. The built-in handles make it easy to move or store when not in use, and the size fits nicely on a standard couch. For reference, I chose the standard size, which is ideal for smaller individuals or those who prefer a more compact fit. If you’re taller or want additional surface area, the larger option may be a better choice. The memory foam offers excellent support without feeling overly firm, and the cover material is soft to the touch. I appreciate that it doesn’t retain heat, which can be an issue with other foam products. This wedge is particularly helpful for reducing swelling and improving circulation, and I’d recommend it for anyone managing edema, vascular concerns, or recovering from surgery. Must have after surgery that requires elevation afterwards! Tried stacking pillows, but they would slide and fall. This is inexpensive and works perfectly. The shape is great to keep legs comfortable while raised. I bought a 10” elevation first but found it too high to use all day/night. However it makes great back support for sitting instead. I bought a replacement in the 8” size, and it’s perfect to keep legs up. I’m 6 weeks post-surgery and the shape/support is still perfect. Has a nice removable cotton cover which is very comfortable and easy for washing. Only downside is the rough exterior of my cast has pilled/snagged the material on the cover.

I ordered this leg elevation pillow to keep the swelling in my ankles down. It arrived tightly compressed with the shipping box fully intact. I carefully cut the plastic to allow the pillow to expand. The instructions say to allow it to sit 3-5 days, but it was fully expanded in 24 hours. So, I started using two days after I received it. It is fairly lightweight and easy to move around. It has a handle on the top and the side. The construction seems sturdy with no lose seams or threads. The height of the incline is exactly 8 inches. (See the photos with ruler) Although it's not quite high enough to keep my legs above my heart, it did help with the swelling. It's comfortable and roomy enough for both legs to fit on top. It's firm enough for support yet soft. There's no adjustability as it's only a single piece. I typically use it lying down in the bed for 30 minutes at a time. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

My daughter has POTS and this wedge pillow helps her elevate her legs. She loves it. I only wish it were a little taller for more elevation, but still works well. Great quality material!

I bought this wedge for after a bilateral foot surgery I had. It's been amazing. I even use it under my sheets. Your feet and ankles just sink in, (if you're like me and are constantly changing positions) it lets you move your feet around with out them rolling back into the previous dips. "IF" you are thinking about this as a wedge for other "activities", I wouldn't. It's far to soft for that. I want to make a few covers for it, and make us fit my personality.

Really love this item. I had had cancer in my lower leg, dr ended up cutting some things and I would get swelling really bad in my ankle, especially standing on my leg all day. I love to go home after work and elevate my legs. And it does seem to help. It’s comfortable, and light weight, soft material. It is a little big and bulky, but I can store it under my bed. To me it was worth buying.

I'm in heaven with this leg pillow. It's a perfect width and very comfortable and it stays in one place on the bed. I have issues with my right leg and both feet. This pillow helps with relief. I'm so happy I found it at Amazon. Oh, and it's very good looking, too.
