Finally - a water stain product that works!
This product really works! My situation was water spots on glass shower door - not horrible ones, but enough to trouble me. I was unsuccessful using CLR and vinegar/cornstarch solutions in the past, so I thought I would give this product a try based upon the reviews. As many reviews noted, you may need to repeat the process a couple of times, but it works! I used a nylon sponge to apply. Initially, I was uncomfortable with the price, but it solved my problem - so it was worth the cost. I do not think you'll be unhappy with this products for light to moderate water stains. I cannot speak to heavy build up however.

A Must-Have, Awesome Product!!
I used this product 9 years ago when I was ready to replace my 16 year old clear glass shower doors because of the embedded water spots. I was shocked when this product actually removed the water spots. Yes, it takes some elbow grease. But the doors looked like new when I was done, saving me lots of money. I also used a glass shield product to seal the glass. We use a squeegee after using the shower and it's lasted 9 years.

Realistic review - how it actually works
This is one of those products that deserves an honest and detailed review.First off, as far as the 1 star rating people go, it looks like they are either haters or unskilled people who should not be using this to begin with.So what is it?? It’s a rubbing compound. That means light hand pressure for light stains and actual higher RPM drill/buffer for nasty stuff.Does it work? Yes, 100%!So what did I do with it? 1 large master bathroom with lots of glass and 2 guests bathrooms with standard sliding doors and also large patio door. All of them had nasty and deep water stains from nasty renters who let it get that way. Bastards!!!This will get out light stains easily. Use a sponge or a microfiber cloth and you’re done.Deep, ugly, impossible to get out type deep water stains is the real thing to write about. To go on, let me say that this bottle goes a long way!For hard stains I worked 2’x2’ area at a time. Very little moisture on the buffing pad. 4”-5” pad works great. Attach to a drill (at least 700rpm) or use a high speed buffer (ideal). Start low ROM and build up as you go. I say little moisture because you want to work it with good pressure upfront and then let the pad slowly work it i to a haze so you can gradually see it dry as you go, which lets you see whether the spots are gone or not. If not gone, just go back to it and apply more pressure and keep watching the stains go away.Max efficiency and speed is gained by applying a bit more product and then spreading it around the 2x2 area and then coming back to detailed and slow buffing across the 2x2 footprint.DO not use abrasive pads of any type. Soft, dense and spongy type pad is ideal. It absorbs moisture and does not suck up too much product. Abrasive pads will also dumpt the product all over the place at higher. RPM. Some product in the pad is great if you want to continue working longer and apply more pressure and still get a material removal action hence the sponge note.1 star raters should get a life and a new hobby that does not involve hands on work. This product is excellent. Now, in terms of competitiveness, it’s a rubbing compound. You can probably use automotive ones, 3M stuff and others that will do the same thing but perhaps with a bit less efficiency as this looks like it has a bit of calcium remover type agent in it.Overall, excellent product worth every penny. If you cannot remove the spots with it, you’re not doing something right most likely, or the damage is beyond repair, which is also unlikely knowing what I had to deal with.Enjoy!

Does the job but requires a lot of elbow grease.
I bought this as a last shot at trying to remove some nasty water spots from my Prius. I had tried everything known to mankind and nothing worked. (Steel wool, different compounds and cleaner waxes, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, etc.) It’s like toothpaste so it’s very messy, not at all like applying wax. It’s better to do this before washing your car, I used the product and removed it with the hose then dried the glass to see the progress. It does leave some very fine scratches, it didn’t remove the spots using a microfiber towel as applicator, had to use a no scratch pad. Steel wool 0000 and this product leaves behind too many scratches I don’t recommend going that way. It is not an easy application, it was more like trial and error until I found what made progress without scratching too much the glass. As I said my car had the nastiest water spots all around so it took at least 3 applications per glass to get to about 90% there but not perfect. It’s a lot of work but it WORKS. If nothing else works for you this product will definitely do the job if you are willing to put a lot of time and muscle into it.

This is Legit...Really Really Legit
I don't do reviews very often. I'd also given up on my old condo windows looking anything but Florida salt-entrenched hazy after months of trying to figure out the best way to get them cleaned...to include professional window cleaners. Nothing worked. I read on here to try #0000 Wool Cleaner, as the reviewer made it seem as though that did the same job as this product. I tried the wool cleaner...and they still looked frustratingly terrible. Then this product and the pictures, even as awesome as they are, still don't do justice to the remarkable change. Took some scrubbing, two applications, but at the end, OMG, they look almost as new. This is YEARS of salt, mineral, hurricane, you name it, build up...gone with about 10 minutes of scrubbing. For those of you that live in high rises, like us, I used the Tyroler Magnetic Window Cleaner microfiber and doused the outside one with Driven, soaked both sides with water, and scrubbed the salty sections. Doused the window with water again while the magnetic cleaner was still attached, and scrubbed again. Finally pulled off the microfiber and doused it again, using the rubber squeegee sides to clean it off. Repeated one more time...and the result was amazing. The problem, it does such a good job, you start to see the micro-scratches from where the "professional" cleaners were using their pads. Certainly minor but that's how thorough the cleaning is. Look at the results...and you can envy our view for free!
