Unslotted ZB-11 Acoustic Guitar Nut System

These are great and sound fabulous. The problem is with the cow bone nut. It should be Tusq, Torlon or PEEK, as cow bone is just too fragile for reliable manual slotting, particularly in a twelve string installation. I ended up making a brass version for my Taylor 454ce.

Worked great for my 7-string.
