I like it. However, I neglected to read the product description and now I realize that it can not be used for the original purpose I had in mind, therefore for me it has very limited applications. Heed this... "This PIR motion sensor light bulb DO NOT work through glass or any lamp covers and must be installed downward." But It works as advertised and for the price is a good value, it just has to be in the right place for it to be functional.

I wanted to turn an existing outdoor light into motion sensor without replacing the fixture or adding a visible sensor. This light does it. Immediate installation, just replace a bulb. Detection capability is beyond my expectations. I'm expecting a long life since it's LED. It's real close to 5 stars but the only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the fixtures with built-in detectors generally have an option of staying on if you do something such as turn the light on, the off, then back on in a short time frame. I knew this didn't have it when I purchased it so expectations are fully met, just wish it had it.

Using for my porch light and love it. Only had about a month so can’t speak for durability but no complaints so far. Works every time. Love love love it!! I live on a busy road and it only comes on when someone walks on the porch. It’s bright enough to keep an eye on my dog while he does his thing.

I was a little skeptical at first but I absolutely love these lights. I have one on my front porch (6-7ft high) and one in my basement. They both work great so far, as long as they last I'll be happy.

I've really struggled to find "bug lights" that are that cozy warm orange color that they ought to be. The other bulbs I've bought have ranged from bright canary yellow to almost chartreuse. They all looked awful.The 1700K color temperature of these bulbs is complemented with very little magenta/green color casting, yielding the perfect color!As for the dusk-to-dawn feature, these bulbs kicked on right on time. I have two bulbs right next to each other above my garage (see photo), and one of them prevented the other from turning on initially, but a quick press of the lightswitch reset the bulbs, and they've all turned on and stayed on, so time will tell how often that happens.Couldn't be happier with the purchase overall!

This is better outdoors and bugs don’t come near

 I bought a pack of 4 after reading all the positive reviews and what a disappointment these bulbs turned out to be. These bulbs worked okay for about 2 weeks then started dying (flickering - see video attached) one by one, and now I'm down to my last one. Very poor quality, does not last, and definitely will not recommend this brand.
