Q: Good solid oil for a herb carrier?

Yes this is an excellent olive oil for cooking and using in many recipes, I ran out of vegetable oil and have used Colavita olive oil to fry fish and make cranberry nut bread. Everything turned out delicious.

Q: My home gets very warm in the summer, sometimes 84° farenheit. should i put this olive oil in the refrigerator to avoid spoilage?

Olive oil should be stored away from light and between 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit.

Q: I noticed that this was in a glass bottle in 2014. In 2021, is this olive oil still in a glass bottle???

If the bottle is no longer glass shouldn’t the description be changed as it still reads “ Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, First Cold Pressed, 25.5 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), Glass Bottle”. That’s misrepresenting the product
