Las vainas de vainilla son dolorosísimas, huelen delicioso. Se pueden emplear para preparar alimentos, como para fragancias. Me gusta que la compañía envía el producto empaquetado al vacío. Así conservan su fragancia para cuando se vayan a emplear.

These vanilla beans are fantastic! Not dried out. Nice and leathery. Popped them in some vodka for extract. They smell amazing!

Very strong vanilla flavor and extremely easy to work with. I pu 12 beans in each bottle and within 5 days the alcohol was already smelling and looking like pure vanilla extract. When these are done fermentation in a few more months., I will continue to make more and make vanilla bean paste.
